RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item sold by Koalesce Designs, you can return your purchase in its original condition for a refund. The purchaser has 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return with some exceptions. Please call or email us for a return label.

After 30 days, all refunds and exchanges will be applied as a credit to your account with us, available to be applied to your next purchase. The credits will be available to be applied when making a future purchase on that same account. Credits are available for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.  

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Mandatory damage reporting requirement: Any visible damage purchaser must be reported within 72 hours of its delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange without a processing fee. Email photos of the damaged items to info@koalesce.io. 

REQUIRED FOR A RETURN

Be sure to include the following information with returns or exchanges:

  • Order# (or Packing List or Invoice)
  • Order Date
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Email
  • Contact Phone Number

We recommend sending all returns by tracked parcel.  Once the return is shipped to us, email us the tracking number. 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE or CLOSEOUT, in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

EXCHANGES

Need to change any items you have already purchased? A 5% to 10% processing/restocking fee is charged on some purchases. Please call or email us for a return label.
